City Council to Discuss Proposed Changes to Liquor Laws
Elko City leaders are set to discuss proposed changes to liquor laws when the council meets in regular session Tuesday. The idea of a last call for bars is the result of increased violence attributed to downtown drunkenness, a Spring Creek man was convicted Thursday of 2nd Degree Murder for killing a man during an alcohol-fueled brawl.
