Elko County Jail Lawsuit Settlement
A man jailed on a probation violation has received a 70,000 dollar settlement after being hurt while behind bars in Elko County last year. Chase Call sued after he broke his leg in a fall. Court documents indicate Call was forced by jail staff to crawl after complaining of the injury and was left untreated for more than 30 hours.
