A life sentence has been handed an Elko County teenager who pled guilty to second degree murder in the killing of a high school classmate. Toni Fratto will be eligible for parole after ten years, but will serve at least eight years beyond that on a weapons enhancement. Fratto has agreed to testify against ex-boyfriend, Kody Patten.
