National Night Out -
Local law enforcement and emergency rescuers will fire up the grill in Elko City Park in time for the National Night Out event. Held the first Tuesday in August, the evening includes safety demonstrations and a chance to meet with fire and police, sheriff's deputies and emergency rescuers, as well as patrol and volunteer squads.
