Thursday, September 2001 - A popular thrift store has reopened after being shut down abruptly earlier this year when previous managers and the board of directors clashed at the Ruby Mountain Resource Center. Ruby's on River Street is back in business with a new management team and plans to regain work experiences for disabled adults the program benefits.
