Beginning this month students and parents will begin back to school shopping. Some parents may have a tougher time making ends meet. With the supply list growing longer in the face of shrinking budgets, Soroptimist International hopes to fill the gap with a special delivery on board the "Magic School Bus" as Melissa Aguirre explains.
