It may be a first at the Elko County Jail, CNN television host Anderson Cooper linked up with convicted teen murderer Toni Fratto for a jailhouse interview via satellite yesterday. The West Wendover teen pled guilty to second degree murder in January in the death of classmate Mickey Costanzo. The taped interview is scheduled to appear as part of a May broadcast on the Anderson Cooper Show on teenagers serving life sentences.
