Elko Police arrested a Mexican citizen after a drug sniffing dog located almost 100-pounds of assorted drugs from a chartered plane parked at the airport. Investigators believe the marijuana, meth and Ecstacy pills were being transported to the midwest. Julio Casear Zaragoza-Romero, 38, was booked on three counts of trafficking.
