9-11 Memorial Dedication
9-11 was a day for reflection and dedication in Elko as residents met at City Hall to unveil a towering sculpture of steel, rising with a message of peace. City Councilman Jim Conner and former U-S Marine Nick Betia talked about the significance of the monument.
