A BLM wild horse roundup near Owyhee was expected to wrap up over the weekend, a U-S District Judge lifted a restraining order granted animal rights' activists although Judge Miranda Du remains concerned about claims of mistreatment by the agency. Associate District Manager Dave Overcast says wranglers are heading for the next gather.
