Cold Weather Deaths 1-3-2013
Dangerously cold weather is likely a factor in two unrelated weather deaths in recent days. According to Elko Police Captain Will Lehmann, both victims were exposed to overnight temperatures well-below zero. The first, 62-year-old Pamela Wallace is decribed as a homeless woman living along the river, the second death suffered by a disabled man, 41-year-old Kerk Castillo of Court Street.
