Elko Graffiti Vandals
Elko Police are piling up property damage reports against a group of mostly juvenile graffiti vandals caught scrawling on buildings, fences and vehicles. Lt. Ty Trouten and Detective Klint Ratliff say the teenage boys face felony counts as property owners tally the cost of repair; some 75 claims have been generated so far.
