Memorial Day Ceremony   -
Memorial Day traditionally marks the start of summer fun.  With the end of the school year fast approaching, many families are planning barbeques, off-road adventures or even camping trips.  However you celebrate your day off, Gil Hernandez of Elko's VFW Post 2350 hopes you'll at least pause to remember those who gave all in service to country.

The tradition of Memorial Day Ceremony is actually the marking of rememberence for all those men and women who fought for our country to keep us safe, protected and to keep our freedom alive. I think KENVTV is forgetting that without those who fought or still fighting, then we wouldn't be able to have these camping trips, bbqs, or off road adventures.
