New City Ordinance _ No Glass Bottles Outdoors -
A New City Ordinance banning Glass alcohol containers in the downtown area has already resulted in steep fines. City Police Chief Don Zumwalt said it is important to get the word out that bars are no longer allowing bottles or glasses out the door; doing so can result in a very expensive cocktail.
