Shots Fired Downtown 3-4-13 -
Elko Police arrested a Douglas Street man on suspicion of possessing a gun and carrying concealed while residing illegally in the US. Police Chief Don Zumwalt said officers were already in downtown Elko as shots were fired at 4th and Douglas Streets. 31 year old Alfredo Vega-Cisneros was being held on $7,000 bail, police were still seeking the rival suspects and trying to locate the Ruger handgun.
