Stolen BMW - Credit Card Fraud -
Elko Police are working with California authorities to identify a woman jailed on forgery and embezzlement counts, a luxury car allegedly purchased with a fake credit card was seized. Police Lt. Ty Trouten says the 24 year old suspect was stopped at 5th and Railroad after officers spotted the silver BMW.
