An Elko businesswoman has been singled out for franchise success, winning several awards during a recent corporate meeting. Varmae Betancourt has likely prepared and sold hundreds of thousands of tacos herself, although she is quick to credit a hardworking staff for the Taco Time success including the newest addition, a Taco Mascot.
